Please email Sassy for returns. Returns must be made with in 10 days of receipt, claims that exceed 10 days from receipt of item will NOT be honored.
Please include with your Return: Name, Order Number, email, return address, and whether it is a return or exchange.
Any personalized items or bulk orders are non-refundable.
Refunds will be returned through the same way you paid through either Paypal or Google for the amount of the item/s- not including shipping charges. Buyer pays all shipping expenses. Once your refund is completed your PAYPAL refund may need to be transfered (by you) from your Paypal account to your bank/credit card by clicking on WITHDRAW button which is located at the top of your Paypal page. If you paid by credit card only, not using a Paypal account, money will go directly back on credit card.
If you receive a damaged item please contact Sassy as soon as possible, Return damaged item and Sassy will send you a new item out right away. Claims for damage that exceed 10 days will NOT be honored. (buyer pays all return shipping costs- once Sassy receives damaged item we will then send new item out at our expense.)
Shipping Info: All items are shipped either UPS or USPS. You should have received an email from Paypal letting you know your tracking or delivery confirmation number for your Order.
Note: Custom orders may take up to 10 business days to ship (items including: trash cans, tissue boxes, letters, clocks, crosses, pegs/racks). If you are needing something by a curtain date, please let us know and we will do our best to get your order completed by the time needed.
